The Debt Collection Rescue Centre

Master Collections the Debt Collection Rescue Centre.

According to a recent survey customers invest in Master Collections services because they have been let down and in some cases damaged by previous service providers. Indeed we have a track record in collecting debts where solicitors and other debt collectors have failed. We have picked up the pieces where clients have been misled and/or abused by unscrupulous Debt Collection Agencies, (DCAs), the same DCAs we have enforced CCJs against.

Redwood Business Management Ltd T/As ‘Rojen Recovery Services’, (Rojen),  is just another example of a DCA we saved a business from. In October last year the business approached us complaining about the service they received from Rojen, no return calls, no updates, not paying out on instalments collected from a Payment Plan. Master Collections gave the business the confidence we could deliver and as a result they became a client.

The client gave us the same 3 debts referred to Rojen.  In just two days we collected a debt from one debtor and are now in the process of enforcing two CCJs against the other two debtors.  A major improvement on the services of Rojen and thanks to our services fixed the damage made to the client’s confidence. In addition we saved the client from paying Rojen further costs and fees that would have gone nowhere other than Rojen’s pockets as you will note later.

Frankly it is the likes of crooked DCAs like Rojen that make the market tough for honest DCAs. No coincidence therefore customers invest in Master Collections services because they have been let down and as above in some cases need saving.

On 3rd February 2020 earlier this year Rojen was wound-up in the public interest at the High Court in Manchester before Deputy District Judge Brightwell. The court wound up the company among other things because it made false and misleading statements to clients.

David Hope, Chief Investigator for the Insolvency Service, said:

‘Redwood Business Management operated in a cynical manner throughout its trading history. It charged clients substantial fees for services that were not required or not provided and at the same time, collected debts that it did not pay on to its clients. Thankfully, the court has now put a stop to the company’s activities, preventing further harm’.
